This form of yoga seeks to attain physical and mental relaxation.
Focus will be set on mindful movements and relaxed breathing. We will start by awakening the body with a gentle vinyasa flow and move into longer held postures that bring stillness to the mind and body. We will combine pranayama (breathwork) with asana (physical yoga movement) and philosophy.
All levels welcome. Classes are 1 hour.
