Gather your gal pals for this empowering day on the trail. Join outdoor professional Sara Friedman of FreedWoman Retreats for a guided hike through miles of new trails at Bryn Coed Preserve. Learn how to use outdoor activities to increase your confidence, resiliency, and impact as an environmental steward.

Nurture your body, mind and spirit and enjoy new friends as you find yourself outside. Participants will leave inspired and equipped to seek new challenges and embrace a life grounded in nature.
