Sundays 10:30-11:30 am (beginning June 2): Gentle Yoga at Healing Spirit Cafe (St. Peter’s Village)
Yoga is incorporated into all aspects of FreedWoman Retreats from intention, to meditation, to breathwork (pranayama), and asana (postures).
In Sara’s yoga practice, you can expect a mix between physical asana practice and spiritual connection. Practices are based off Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha lineages.
We offer private and group yoga instruction and can collaborate to discuss your yoga goals and design the perfect practice for you!
